TASK:

For task is 45 min for one hand! You can make work on your hand or on model hand! Please take all necessary materials/brushes/instruments/UV-Led for your competition task! Only one hand is scored during the competition. The other hand is for comparing and is untouchable. During the competition, you must use your own gel-polish if you don't have it organiser will give you. You should make manicure with cutting and give shape (oval/square) and then colour one hand with base, red and top gelpolish (If needed with apex!) You can use a thin brush for coloring cuticle area. Coloring under the cuticle area is rated higher. Do not use nail oil. Fine points will be given for dirt and deep cuticle cutting on model hand! On judging time model should remove from hands all accessories.

The top of the free edge must be filed smoothly. All free edge shapes are acceptable, but they must have symmetry. Min-2 mm long free edge Max- 50 % of nail bed free edge Shape: Oval or square Nb! Follow up natural arch of cuticle.
Cuticle cutting You can cut the cuticles in a combined and classic techniques! Cuticles must be cut in full and equally. All dead tissue is properly removed. The proximal nail fold is pushed back and appears properly maintained There is not excessive removal or cutting of the living tissue attached to the nail folds. The nail grooves are not removed or damaged.
Gelpolish colouring The Application of the product should completely cover the surface of the entire nail. Product must be applied evenly with no streaks. The color should look extremely solid with no transparencies. The tip of the free edge must be covered completely. If needed you can create with (base gelpolish) apex. Use with 1 or 2 layers red gelpolish! Coloring must be done without waves! You can use top with sticky or without sticky layer. You can use thin brush in cuticle area for extra help. Under the cuticle area polishing is valued more highly. if you don't want to paint under the cuticle, there must be spacing of 1 mm between the cuticle area and gelpolish! The top sealer must be shiny on the entire surface of the nail. There should not be any dull spots on the surface and all gel residues must be well removed. The surface should not have any residual inhibition layer. Purity of work Purity in all criterias is evaluated: NB! Score will be low if you If cuticle cutting uneven and if you cutting in If lenght is different on 5 nails If shape the nail shape is filed incorrectly (either too pokey or too wide considering A and B points). Gel-polishing is with waves with different apex and dirt in cuticle area or under free edge. If the all nails are with dust and chosen red colour does not match with the skin tone.
Complexity a given criterion is evaluated against the other hand. The harder is the work the higher is the score.
First impression
The first impression of the work in its entirety. The work should attract your vision, compelling you to give more attention to the works detail.
Underside No visible dust or debris is allowed. No excessive gel-polish products of any kind.
Judges Instructions Criteria is scored as a total scored. All criteria points awarded are from 3-10. Scores are determined by the judges with they educated opinion based.
